The bed was super soft and comfortable. Bed was big and thickkkkkkkkkkkk pillow. 2 Thickness to choose from for us. Some may not be use to the over size head pillow we have Room was big and everything was very clean Balcony was of a small size but view is as good till the front. Can't see lagoi bay but all is well Hotel gesture for birthday too! Appreciated Level 7 infinity pool has no complains. Just a regular hotel pool no complains as well ! Hotel was very close to ferry terminal, around 10mins free pick up from terminal to hotel all way round

The staff were reliable, courteous and helpful. Located near the BNBT ferry terminal. Provided complimentary transport to and fro from hotel. Provided a good breakfast. Service and laundry is fast. Toilets come with bidet and exceptionally clean. Spa and massage was convenient

The huge room, its near the beach where you can do snorkelling trip, near to firefly and local food court. Comfortable bed and pillow and bicycles is given complimentary for usage of 1hr. My family had a great time cycling around the whole lake.

Friendly & helpful staff,free shuttle to and fro ,fast check in,room as requested by guest,clean & spacious room,easy taxi booking,in room dining food was superb,near to the Lagoi beach and few nearby restaurant

I like that the resort was quiet and peaceful, room was clean and the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was just a 2 minute walk to the beach and there were some F&B shops on the way to the beach which offered a good variety of local dishes. The breakfast included a live cooking station which my friends and I liked. It was nice that there's free transport from the ferry terminal.

1.All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even before arriving, my questions were replied to promptly and in detail. 2.Free shuttle to & fro ferry terminal. 3.Pool with fantastic view & breeze at 7th flr. 4.Restaurant allowed booking & set up table at pool side with nice view, even though restaurant was already full.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room & facilities were clean & good. Close to the beach and Plaza Lagoi. I received the traditional Indonesian spa treatment from the wellness centre, and it was just the relaxation I was looking for. Afterwards, I went to the Bay which was right across the hotel and so peaceful. Thank you Grand Lagoi for such a wonderful stay!

Staff customer care was superb. Room was spacious, modern and immaculate with large walk in shower. 7th floor infinity pool offered views over lagoon and sea, and often had a lovely breeze. Area was quiet but hopefully shops and restaurants in Plaza Lagoi will soon reopen again after COVID We will stay here again.

Room is clean and nice. The staffs are very friendly. Roof top pool is relaxing and the breakfast is acceptable. We also can enjoy some activities on beach.

The area and its offerings. The bike ride along the lake side was amazing. You can use the bikes provided by the hotel. You can dine in the hotel or also at the restaurants in the plaza area nearby. Breakfast in the hotel was good - enough varieties of food (local and international) & different each day.
